What happens when you visit this site

This site is hosted by GoDaddy. When you open a page, the server logs technical data such as your IP address, browser, date and time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Logs are deleted by the host after a short period.

Fonts are hosted on this server. No data is sent to Google or other font services.

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Booking a call

Bookings run through Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). When you book, Calendly processes your name, email, phone number, your answers to the booking questions and the time you picked. The booking calendar only loads after you tap a booking button. Until then, nothing is sent to Calendly. Once it loads, Calendly may set cookies needed for booking to work. Photos and messages you send

If you send me photos or messages by email, Instagram or WhatsApp, I use them only to prepare your physique audit and, if you become a client, to coach you. Body photos and information about your health or eating habits are sensitive. I only process them because you choose to send them, and you can ask me to delete them at any time. I never publish photos without your explicit permission. Email runs through Microsoft 365. Instagram and WhatsApp are operated by Meta.

If you become a client

Contracts are signed through SignNow and payments are processed by Stripe. I keep the data needed to coach you and to meet tax and accounting obligations.

Age

This site and the coaching are for adults. Please don't book a call or send photos if you are under 18.

Legal basis (EU and UK visitors)

Processing is based on taking steps before a contract at your request (booking and audit), performance of a contract (coaching), legitimate interest (running a secure website) and your consent where you give it (for example, sending photos). Some of the providers above are based in the USA, so your data may be processed there.

No selling of data

I don't sell or rent your personal data, and I don't use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, take it with you, and withdraw consent at any time. Just email info@madebylukee.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. US residents can use the same email to exercise any rights they have under their state's privacy law.

How long data is kept

Audit photos and booking data from people who don't become clients are deleted within 6 months. Client data is kept for as long as the coaching runs, plus any period required by law.
