VIP Coaching Program

Coaching Terms

Last updated October 25, 2026

1Parties and Scope

These terms apply between Madebyluke LLC (“MadeByLuke” or the “Coach”) and the person who enrolls in the program (the “Client”). The VIP Coaching Program is a personalized online coaching service covering training, nutrition and recovery.

Each coaching place is reserved for one Client and built around their goals and starting point. It is personal and cannot be transferred.

2Program Duration

The program runs for the period the Client selects at enrollment: 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Coaching begins upon payment or on the mutually agreed start date.

The agreement ends automatically when the booked period ends. There is no automatic renewal. A continuation can be discussed toward the end of the period and requires a new agreement.

3What the Client Receives

The coaching is individualized and may include adjustments to training, nutrition, cardio, recovery and overall structure based on the Client’s progress. Plans are built for the individual, not taken from standard templates.

Each properly submitted check-in is reviewed and answered personally by the Coach. The Coach aims to respond as quickly as reasonably possible. Response times can vary with timing, complexity and the level of review needed.

4Working Together and Check-ins

Great coaching needs open, consistent communication. The Client agrees to give complete and honest information, to submit a weekly check-in on the agreed day with the requested details, and to report relevant changes such as illness, injury, travel or schedule limits.

5Competition Preparation

During regular coaching, check-ins take place once per week. If the Client enters a competition preparation phase, the frequency of check-ins and updates may increase depending on the individual situation. This can include up to two formal check-ins per week and, in the final stages or peak week, daily or multiple updates per day.

The Coach decides the level of communication during prep. Competition preparation is part of the coaching service and does not change the agreed fee.

6Payment, Commitment and Refunds

Before enrolling, the Client confirms that the selected duration and the total coaching fee have been discussed and understood. The fee is paid in full at enrollment. Payment by card or through a financing option offered at checkout (for example Klarna or Affirm) is possible. The Coach receives the full amount, and financing terms are between the Client and the provider.

The booked period is a commitment for the full duration. Because the Coach starts work right after payment (plan creation, onboarding, check-in review), payments are binding and non-refundable, including for missed check-ins, unused time or a change of mind. This applies to the extent permitted by law and does not affect any rights that cannot be waived.

7Pauses

If the Client is affected by illness, injury, travel or similar limits, they should tell the Coach in advance. The Coach decides whether the plan is adjusted or the coaching is paused and for how long. A pause does not extend the coaching period or create a refund unless both sides agree in writing.

8Health and Responsibility

The Client confirms that they are medically able to take part in the program and will consult a licensed healthcare professional whenever there are medical concerns. The coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

The Coach relies on the information the Client provides. The Client agrees to share relevant health information accurately and to follow recommendations responsibly. Where blood work is reviewed, this is for informational and coaching purposes only. Medical decisions, diagnoses and treatment remain with a licensed healthcare professional.

9Communication and Progress Material

Communication takes place through the agreed channels, including WhatsApp and/or iMessage. Weekly check-ins are reviewed individually.

With the Client’s consent, before-and-after images, training footage and other progress material may be used in MadeByLuke content such as posts or stories. The Client can withdraw or restrict this consent at any time without giving a reason.

10Disputes, Chargebacks and Governing Law

If the Client has a concern about the service or a payment, they agree to contact the Coach first and allow 7 days to resolve it before filing a dispute with a bank or card issuer.

The Coach may submit these terms, the record of the Client’s acceptance, check-in history and communication logs as evidence in any payment dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and disputes are handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11Electronic Acceptance

By checking the box at checkout and/or signing electronically, the Client confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these terms. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature. The acceptance is recorded with date, time and email address.

These terms are the entire agreement between the Client and the Coach for the program. Changes require written agreement of both sides.
